Why in the heck would you want to run 100w fogs? It's been my personal experience that the housings on most cars melt with anything over 35w. But 100w is just blinding. All of my friends that have gone 100w have removed them because they are just too intense.
also because of overpowering the wiring harness
more often than that, that's the culprit of fire issues and others
i upgraded the ones in the wifes car with PIA's
not super bright, but made a very nice addition and clean white light too
forgot offhand what bulb/part number
i'd look into that, unless you need amber lights
also a 100w bulb may burn out to fast from overheating if you dont get enough air to keep it cool
Remember that a 100 watt bulb is using about 9 amps of current...so the two will be at least 18 amps. This can also hurt the relay that runs them if it is not made for that much current.
For my HID fogs and high beams I used dedicated high amp circuits and utilized the stock wiring as the trigger for the new relay. In other words the original connector just turn on a relay and the new fused 10ga circuit is direct from fuse box + to each bulb
