Got the car put back together a third time and wanted to check evrything on the jack stand before putting exhaust wheels and everything back together. Goes in gear fine no grinding. Let out the clutch and the wheel just barely spins and stops kind of goes jerky back and forth . Brake is off. Called McLeod and he tells me the tick master doesn't work with his clutch!!!!! I bought everything as set !!!!! WTF. Anyone else have this problem.
I have run 2 of the McLeod Twins with the Tic Master with no problem at all. How could it possibly not work anyway ?
They told me that it has to do with the bore being bigger at 7/8 so it puts to much pressure on the clutch thtas straight from tick. Hopefully I can get it to work today.
I had a similar issue. I have a spec clutch with a gm slave and a tick master. We got the car together and it drove but when you gave it over 1/2 throttle it would act like you were riding the clutch. I had to put an 1/8" shim between the torque tube and the bellhousing to take pressure off the clutch. It works great! I have been driving it for 6 month with no issues.

Well... it not working is news to me. I am sure you can sell the Tic real easy if you must change it out.
I have a RAM twin-disc with GM slave and a Tick master cylinder. It works like a dream.
I wonder if the Tick Master has been installed and adjusted properly. On C6's, a hole has to be drilled in the clutch pedal to change the pivot point for it to work properly.
Also, when it was adjusted for travel on mine, it went down to about 5/8 trravel to what it was for the GM master.
