H pipe to cat back coupling?
I'm going to keep my Flow Master 2.5" cat backs. To achieve this I bought a 3" to 2.5" reducer attached at the end of the H pipe. The H pipe is flared so the reducer fits into it. I'm trying to get all the parts and an understanding before we start this project.
My question is:
On a standard C6 2.5 H pipe to cat back coupling who goes into who? Does the cat back pipe go into the H pipe or vice versa? If they're both the same then, meaning one isn't flared (widened) then I will have to get an exhaust pipe stretcher and widen the 2.5" end of the reducer.
Thanks
