"Clutch pedal low or sticks to floor.
Chevy reports that the clutch pedal on some 2008-12 Corvettes may feel low or stick to the floor when the pedal is de- pressed to disengage the clutch. One probable reason for the condition, says the carmaker, is the central valve cap, located inside the clutch master cylin- der, popping off. That causes fluid to by- pass from the high-pressure line to the low-pressure line and reservoir, which results in the low or sticking pedal.
To make a definitive diagnosis, get under the dash and manually pull the clutch pedal up to the top of its travel, then push it all the way down to the floor. If you feel any resistance, this in- fo doesn’t apply; continue trou- bleshooting until the cause of the clutch trouble is found. If you don’t feel any resistance when the clutch pedal is pushed to the floor, that con- firms that the clutch cylinder is bypass- ing. Since it’s not serviceable, your only recourse is to replace it. There are sev- eral different master cylinders avail- able, so check with a dealer for the ap- plication specifics."
Sorry for the pdf to ASCII text conversion mess - it's still readable.
