I have a 2005 C6 manual. I just bought a set of z06 bi-mode exhaust from a 2008 z06.
I will need to hook up the vacuum butterfly in the mufflers and need a way to do so. I know Billy Boat makes a controller for there fusion exhaust for us guys that don't have the NPP mufflers already. My problem is I can't seem to find any place that sells just that controller, or how much it would cost.
Can anyone help me on this.
Also, I'm going to do the muffler mod and have seen a clamp that people are putting around the perforated pipe. Can someone tell me where to get this clamp and what size to get. (I'm thinking it is 3")

Don't know about B&B's offerings. I suggest you just contact Sunset Orange Creations for one of his NPP/Bi-mode Retrofit Kits. Scroll down to the last item in post 1 here (this thread is almost 3 years old, I just happened to have it handy):
All I saw from them was a mild-to-wild switch. I need the complete set up to get the mufflers to work, not just open and close the butterflys.
What more do you need than "everything?"
This kit includes the wireless controller with a one button keyfob remote, and all of the necessary vacuum lines, vacuum solenoid and wiring to complete the control system installation.
Yes that is exactly what I'm looking for! Thank you for the post. Looks like I'll be picking one of those up when I get my exhaust in. Been running headers and catless x-pipe with stock mufflers so it is not nearly loud enough!
