Short-Throw Shifter
I am wondering if anyone with a short throw shifter on a 2008+
TR6060 can give input.
What are the advantages/disadvantages over
stock ?
Easy Install?
Worth the money?
Brand recommendations?
Please say which shifter you have and car.
THANKS

Does anyone know if the MGW is the same as the Callaway shifter? I tried the Callaway shifter and it was very precise. I am thinking that it was made by them for someone (perhaps MGW). Anyone know?

Just ordered my MGW a couple of days ago. Going to install a new shift box while I'm at it...

What does adding this little washer do to accomplish "easier shifting"?

I wasted money on a B&M, then Hurst before getting the MGW. MGW is the best I have ever had.

Yes, I do the 1/4-mile drag strip run, and I sometimes missed 3rd gear, going past 3rd and into 5th, during fast high speed shifting.
I installed a short throw shifter {Callaway]. After the install, I never missed 3rd gear after.
