Default Red line 75w140

Hey guys just bought my first vette. It's a '05 with 28000 miles and I'm sure none of the fluids have been replaced except motor oil. So my question is that the rear end clunks and I've read to change the fluid to red line or the gm spec fluid, so I bought 2 quarts of red line 75w140 synthetic fluid and a bottle of FMA, so do I need to add the FMA or just put the 2 quarts in and call it good?

I use Redline 75-140 as it is, with the friction modifier already added by Redline.

As recommended by DTE Engineering the facility that built my 4:10 diff.

If the Redline says that it already has the FMA in it, then I would just do that. You can always add a bit afterwards if needed, but you can't take any out if you add too much at first.
