Default Is bigger always better?

I have a 2013 Grand Sport with MSRC and by looking at the build sheet I have the C6 Z51/Z06 front and C6 Z06 rear sways (I assume that is the stock setup for all or most Grand Sports).

I am currently looking at two sway bar upgrades, the Pfadt JOC bars or the LG G1 bars. For price, the JOC comes in almost $400 cheaper but I don’t base my decision on the total money spent but rather the value.

I am a street guy. I probably won’t be autocrossing anymore or anything like that. I am just looking to improve the cornering ability. On my 2005 I had the Pfadt featherlight coil overs with the stock Z51 bars and was amazed how much better it cornered. So I am looking to get some of that back but I do not want to swap out the shocks since I have the MSRC. I am hoping the upgraded sways will give me what I am looking for. From my research I see the G1 bars are bigger but I don’t know if that translates to “better” or if getting such a big bar would be overkill for my needs.

So do I go with…

JOC ways for $625, or
The bigger LG G1 for $995 (with quiet end links)

?

Anyone with personal experience with the GS and either of those bars would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have the personal experience you requested but thought I'd throw a couple prior discussions at you to read while you wait. Just some insight.

Oh I started modding after a week or so but this will be the first "performance" mod.
