I had work done and this is not connected?
Do you know where the wire goes?
See attached pics - pulled stereo no hook up?
I had hand controls that took out the telescoping wheel.. is it on there?

According to the parts number, it's a microphone module. On my car the mic is on the A pillar. I think the thing you are looking at in your dash is a placeholder for some switch in a differently specced car.
I don't know where the wire hooks, sorry about that, but I would check to see if your bluetooth mic works.
