Tire Pressure Sensors
If the tires and wheels from a 2013 C6 are installed on a 2006 C6, can the computer be reprogrammed to read them, or do we need to replace the sensors in the tires?

No.
The sensors changed in 2010 and are not compatible with earlier years.

Thank you...the 'techs' at Champion Chevrolet are trying to get the 2013 sensors to work on my car......
Fortunately, the new car department bought a set of four 2013 sensors to install....
Thank you!

Huh!?!?!?
A Chebie dealership doesn't know what sensors are needed in what model year????
Like Rick says, the TPMS computer was changed for the 2010 model year and it requires a different sensor.
The 2005-2009 uses this sensor:
You can see the GM part# 25758220 molded into the case. The 2006 requires these gray sensors.
Give the parts department that part# above to get the correct sensor.

I hope they didn't order 2013 sensors, They won't work in a 2006. Maybe you mean new sensors for a 2006?
