Oil/coolant temps
Took my car to a local closed road course yesterday and did 4-5 laps. I wasn't very high in the rpms because I should have been shifting from 2nd to 3rd, but the syncros in 2nd are bad, hence I stayed in 3rd the entire time. Car has a built nitrous motor, wasn't using nitrous, dewitts radiator, larger oil cooler, mezeire ewp, and runs royal purple 15w-40 oil. Each lap took aprox 1:15 or so and when I was finished with the last lap the oil temp was around 245 and coolant temp was around 217. I believe the temp was around 80-84 with 90%+ humidity. I'm just trying to make sure these numbers aren't crazy high as I'd like to do this again.

I appreciate the response Ernie. It was tons of fun, first time I've ever taken any of my vettes around some real turns. I definitely need to get some aftermarket seats though.
