Default Drivetrain maintenance

Hey guys, my car is a 2006 m6 base vert with 61k on the clock. My slave cylinder is going out on me so I'm gearing up to replace the clutch. I'll be replacing throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and slave as well as the clutch. My question is if there is anything else that needs replacing while I have the driveline out? Any other bearings or anything that may be a good idea to replace. All the fluids are fresh so that's not needed.

Thanks for the advice!

I'm not saying you have to or even should replace this stuff but it might be appropriate to at least inspect.......the driveshaft/torque tube guibos and bearings.

I don't recall anyone talking about replacing these just because they were taking the driveline down anyway. They only talk about replacing when they go bad, which they occasionally do.

I'll be interested to see what others here have to say about this.

And you might consider installing a remote clutch bleeder kit. Don't know if you're into that kind of maint, ie: using the Ranger method of clutch fluid replacement on a regular basis, but a remote bleeder could be a good investment.

I do plan on doing a remote bleeder as part of my install to avoid problems with my slave again. I thought about the driveshaft bearings but not the giudos. I'll have to look into that.
