You'll want to run 100% water + water wetter for the best results, just keep in mind that you'll need to be aware of freezing temps and may need to keep a little coolant in it.
If you stick with a 50/50 mix you'll likely see no improvement.
Personally I bought hyper-lube at walmart because it's a bit cheaper, lowers temps as well as redline and supposedly offers better protection against corrosion.
you don't run antifreeze in race cars, just water. water wetter works great to bring the boiling point up without the problem of coolant on the track in the event of an accident. yes it also works with coolant but if you are having overheating issues, look elsewhere.

I did not try it with straight water, as I did not want the hassle of swapping to coolant over the winter so I left my 50/50 mix alone and added the bottle of water wetter. I saw 0 results, so I can definitely vouch with pairing it with coolant it will be worthless.
Putting a bottle into my motorcycles changed my indicated temp from 195 to 165 on both. Redline Water Wetter has a bit of oil in it for better heat transference. I've used it in all my cars for the last 10 years with no problems so far.
