broken valve spring
I drove my car today and it didn't sound right at high revs. I pulled it into the garage and the driver side sounded funny. I pulled the valve cover and VOILA broken spring. I emailed my local shop and I hope they have a set in stock. I was wandering how long these would last, some said 25-30k. I should have cut that figure in half for ME about 15k on them.

I had over 96K miles on my http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/ ls dual valve springs. Of course I have a mild cam. They do have a nice valve spring kit that I had installed around March.

I got mine as a kit from my local shop, the cam is a Comp & I assume the springs were also. I am seeing that some have been failing. my setup has @10k on it although it's a hard 10k.
