Gasoline Prices versus Octane Rating

I was wondering about the difference in prices. Using the formula, 1 litre = 0.264 gallons. or 1 US gallon = 3.785 Litres, just looking at the different prices / octane rating.I pay ~ 5.25 / gallon for 87 octane at the local Chevron for my DD but the Vert gets 94 octane at ~ 6.00 gallon. The price of gas is what it is, but my friend runs ave gas and nitrous in his sled, so we got to talking about the different prices.
In US dollars, give or take a few cents.
87 costs ?
91 costs ?
93 costs ?
94 costs ?
Diesel ? what is the octane rating ?
Ave gas ? different ratings ?
alcohol cars ?
Nitro ?
Please fill in the average costs, and differences in MPG. Obviously
I am not running Nitro in my poor little LS3,
still curious.

93 octane - anywhere from $3.35 a gallon to $3.50 a gallon. This is what I use in the C6. I get about 15 MPG in town, about 23 to 25 MPG on the interstate at 76 - 78 MPH.
