With all the rain we had here in Bayonne area, I noticed my passenger floor mat was wet. Enough of water to drip off, but not drenched.
I pulled the panel off below glove box felt no water. I opened the hood, pulled the cabin air filter out and it was terrible, dirty and the first 3-4 fins where you pull it out were wet. Ok now you can solve this. I can't.
Is the door on the front of your cabin filter, sealing properly? Water from the engine area might be able to get in there.
Or,
All the water that comes into the cowl opening at the base of the windshield outside, has to go somewhere. I'm guessing there is a drain, could yours be plugged up?
