door closing problem

door closing problem
Have a C6 and was having a hard time closing the drivers door, tried again this morning and noticed that the window was not dropping down to allow door to close. Not sure what to do or try, appreciate any help. I did have to change the battery and all was working well before.

Thanks everyone, got it fixed. Tell u the truth I never hear of reindexing, so am spending the next 2 days going over the manual and reprograming the dic.Just an old guy that finally got a vette.
