Default Bad power steering pump

Well, I finally took the vette to the dealership and got my car serviced. I noticed about six months ago my car was having difficulty turning at low speeds or deceleration. At first I would just rev the engine and it would loosen up enough to turn easy. As time went on, it got worse. I was convinced I had zero no power steering. Fluids were all fine so I knew it must have been a pressure thing (air in system or bad pump). With only 8,400 miles on the odo. I was hoping it wasn't a sign of bad things to come. I took it into the dealership and they told me it was indeed the power steering pump. Fortunately my car is on an extended warranty and the service was covered! The bill was $1,015 just for power steering pump replacement and labor. Car steering is now perfect. Thought you guys would like to know.

Oddly enough I felt like doing doughnuts which mind you I haven't done since I was 17.
