Stat change without tune change?

Stat change without tune change?
So the LS3 was tuned with the 160 stat. I switched back to OEM 187 Stat with only fan changes. Will not retuning be harmful. Basically stock car other than the Z06 manifolds and HPipe into Corsa Sports.
I am thinking maybe going back to the 160 degree so as to keep it in agreement with the tune. If no biggie then I leave the stock stat in.
Street only in sunny California.

Thanks and I think I am going with the 180 degree stat.
Just thought I would try it and see.
I run now around 196-2005 coolant temp and the oil is 222-235.
I would like to see the coolant be closer to 190 and the oil be 215-230.
With the 160 stat the coolant ran 172-180 and the oil was 208- 220.
These temps ar for weather in the 55-90 degree range.
In the Winter the 160 degrees stat was a bit cooler, to much so I think.
Just trying to find the sweet spot.
