What controls windshield wipers?
My windshield wipers do not work as they should. They work in both a slow speed and a fast speed so I'm lead to believe its not a motor failure. When pressed down, as opposed to cycling through once they only go for as long as you hold down the switch then stop in random places. they don't work on lower auto speeds. They do work on higher auto speeds but still stop in random places when turned off.
