When I have issues like that I call RPM transmission. I am sure that there are several quality shops on the forum, but that is who I use.

had the same problem getting harder from 1st gear and reverse gear?
wound up being the clutch, and slave unit, hope that's not your issue but cheaper than a trans?

I've actually considered that. I love the "fun" of a manual, but you're right. Getting towed sucks. Who did your conversion?

I don't make the kind of power (548 RWHP) you do, but I have a CenterForce twin disk with a Tick master and have had no issues with that combination. I don't drag race, but do track days on road courses.

That most defiantly sounds like a clutch release issue. I would start with flushing and bleeding the clutch hydraulics. Hopefully you have not already damaged the trans need to get that fixed ASAP.

I would first check to see if its an issue with the engine off as well as on. A common thing pooping up is the shifter box bushing wearing out and causing the same symptoms.

I turn the car off and it goes into every gear including reverse fine. I notice that this hard to get into reverse is a speratic issue. Ill go a few days where its super easy to get into reverse then itll be hard then easy again..
