05 ecm connector removal

05 ecm connector removal
Need some assistance, I am removing the pcm to send it out for a tune, but for the life of me I cant figure out how the 3 connectors are removed, I don't want to break one and have searched the forum but no luck. I am sure the manual says how but mine is on a cd and I don't have access to it. Would appreciate some assistance. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply, that's what I have been doing, I have removed a bunch of these over the years but having issues with these. Just won't release. are there any other pins holding them in, its a Delphi model 64, I think version 5.
