Pfadt headers installed Dec. 2012 with zero issues. Rear oxygen sensors turned off.
Thanks ... Looking at photos of the Pfadt headers (at least the catted version), it looks like there are bungs drilled for the rear O2 sensors to get reinstalled.
Even if the rear OEM O2 sensors are re-installed in the Pfadt catted X-pipe, does it still throw a code that turns on the check engine light [unless] the code is permanently turned off in the computer?

Turbo6TA, The midpipe with cats comes with bungs for fwd. and aft O2 sensors. Additionally there is an wide band sensor bung.
On my car the shop installed both fwd. and aft sensors but then, as part of the tune, turned the rear sensors off.
It's my understanding that after header installation if the aft sensors are installed but not turned off a cel will almost always occur.
In the eight months I've had my headers the car has been trouble free over about three thousand miles and three HPDEs.

Larry ... Thanks for the reply. As many people here that have purchased and installed Pfadt headers since they were introduced, I am surprised nobody else has responded to this thread.
BTW ... Since they put your car (is it an LS3?) on the dyno to tune it ... what RWHP did you get after the header install and the tune?

A6 or M6?
Turbo6TA, My car is a 2006 ZO6. It dynoed at 487 hp after tune. Engine modifications to date are modest to include a Halltech cold air induction, Pfadt headers and midpipe with Arko. axle back exhaust and of course a tune.
My objective is to reach 550-560 rwhp but first need to upgrade brakes, suspension ect.
Thanks Larry ... wonder what a bone stock 06 Z06 will normally put down on the DynoJet (SAE corrected)?
I am thinking a 13% loss which would get you 439 RWHP (505 -66 HP)
You dyno'd 487 which would be an increase of 48 RWHP over the 439 for the headers, tune, mufflers and CAI. (very nice)
.
The tuner told me stock LS7s dyno around 430 rwhp. We didn't do a before tune dyno.
Yes, I was happy with the results. The car is noticeably more powerful. On the back stretch at VIR, when I got Oak Tree right, saw an increase of eight to ten mph from last year.

My 2008 LS3 Z51 A6 has an E-Force Supercharger. I installed the headers a few months after the supercharger install. I originally installed the Pfadt cat-less X-Pipe. My car sounded great, but it was too loud at WOT for my taste. I changed out the X-Pipe for the version with Cats. Much better now. As others said, we eleminated the rear 02's all together and retuned the car.
