This is probably an easy question to answer but I am going to ask anyways. I found a ton of threads about not removing the dummy oil cap on the LS7 valve cover.
I am doing a wet sump conversion and need to check if the dummy cap could be removed to use an actual oil cap. I don't have any valve covers currently which is why I am asking here. Also, Is there a way to use an oil cap and still retain the factory fuel rail covers as well?
Might want to ask in the Z06 Forum. And I suggest you title it something like "Oil Cap for Wet Sump Conversion" to maybe improve readership. I know I've seen a couple discussions like that some time ago but don't remember where. Just a suggestion. Good luck.

Thanks Rick. I posted it here by accident but I made a new thread in the Z06 forum and took your advice on the title. Also, a mod can lock/delete this thread as needed.
