if none of those and it's not an '05 like mine (column lock, bcm)
i've also had a clutch pedal switch go bad, replaced with ~$7 part from autozone with lifetime warranty.

I had the same problem. If it's a manual transmission like mine, it's likely the clutch switch, however, if you absolutely floor the clutch pedal for a count of 2-Mississippi, then release all the way, then repeat, then press Engine Start, mine will start every time. Too fast, or not floored each time and it won't start. Holding down for 4-Mississippi once won't start. It's the only way it'll start, period, is the double-clutch-floored method. Try it. Sort of a serendipitous anti-theft feature I guess.
