Default intake rubber spacer/gasket

That rubber gasket looks like it has seen it better days you think? Or is it supposed to look like that?

Yup vram. Yeah it does have a weird idle. Do you have to replace it with something else?

Well the original owner must have threw the stock one away because some must go in place of it. It an inch thick.

Or does it just move forward and connect directy to the manifold? IS that why the hood insulation has a perfect indentation in it?

Id take it off and check for leaks. If its cracking on the inside you may just want to bolt the tb back without the spacer.

the t-body bolts right up to the intake (when the spacer is not there), but you will need shorter bolts.

Take the current ones out and deduct the length of the spacer or M6X1X45.

just take it out and bolt things back together, it's a "throttle body spacer" they didn't work to bad, but making them out of rubber was a bad idea,
