Default Lingenfelter Heads

Looking to buy the CNC ported lingenfelter heads, and I was just wondering whether I can just bolt them up or is there some machining involved?
Their heads come with Stock valves, LS6 valve springs for GT2-3 camshaft, retainers, locks and valve seals. Is there anything else I should get? Should I keep reusing my pushrods and rocker arms, and lifters?

Anyway if you care on reading further, what has gotten me here is
that my timing chain busted. I pulled one of my heads and can see where my valves left their mark on the pistons.
Strangely as far as I can tell the valves look fine although I haven't pulled them out from the heads yet.
I figured I need valves and springs at the least anyways, also not sure if the seats would be damaged but just seems not too farfetched to get these heads now. If you think that's stupid for any reason, feel free to speak up, I'm still new to Corvettes and am having this problem after only 6 weeks of ownership.

If you think you might want to upgrade the cam down the road, now is the time to do it. It will take very little more in parts and labor to do it now. I'd sure add a mild cam to the mix at this point.

If you just want to fix what it broken, no machine work is necessary if you're starting with new or rebuilt heads. Lifters, pushrods, and rocker arms can be inspected and reused if they check out OK.
