Just got my car back from shop after adding headers wow runs great but sounds different inside the cabin is this a normal thing or do I have exhaust leak sound is most noticeable between 2000 and 2500
What kind of sound are you hearing? A leak sounds like a ticking or maybe even a whistle. If you're hearing an air-rushing sound that's normal for LTs.

You'll also hear the valve train tick a little more than with your stick setup with LTs. If it is uniform I would venture to say you're alright, but check to see if you hear it more on one side vs the other.

It's valve train and exhaust noise common to all headers on LS motors. Performance usually isn't gained w/o giving up some level of comfort/drivability.
I just put heads, cam, and headers on my 2011 Z06 and the cabin noise seems to have doubled. Rethinking my decision to make those mods
