Most of us use Chevron Techron, 1 large bottle (or close to it) per full tank, probably at least once a year just to try to keep the fuel level sending units clean.
Some also recommend Sea Foam gas treatment. I haven't used it.
Add one bottle of water remover and drive it till its on fumes! (You may even want to fill a 5Gal jug and literally drive it till it dies.)
Then fill it up with good gas, +1 bottle of water remover & a good fuel injection cleaner then do the same; drive it to as empty as your brave enough to go.
Then top it off with good gas and you should be good to go.
This process will help you burn all the bad gas from the tank.
Performance will not be great for the two tanks with water remover so I would avoid HOT RODDING or many WOT runs during this process... but performance should return after the third tank is burned up.
