Can I buy a tech 2 to re-program a BCM and also ck all systems

They are very expensive but I have seen them on Ebay.

You will need the tech2 & you will have to buy a program from GM / AC DELCO to program all BCM from 08 up. I would say you would need to take your car to a GM dealer & have them do the program.
