Default npp actuator adjustment

I have ZR1 NPP mufflers and there is an adjustment on the rod on the actuator . Has anybody adjusted those rods ? Seems to me if you make the rod shorter the butterflies in the muffler tips would stay open a little bit ... ANYONE ?

You can get collars that allow the NPP to be open a little bit all the time.

My car does not have NPP and the factory adjustment is most likely right but without vacuum the adjustable arm will extend, with vacuum the arm will shorten. For performance adjust so the baffle/butterfly opens parallel with the opening and hopefully it will also close all the way or adjust vise-versa.

I've had mine on for about 3+ years. Had to adjust them down so there'd be no drone at highway speeds a time or two. Some have chosen to "source" the individual pieces--fine. But mine came w. a long strong hex wrench. All works for me--nice rumble all the time right up to wide open.
