Fuel injector help - for an LS3
I've searched and read as much as I can but, I'm still confused.
I have a 2001 Z. I also have SVO green top injectors from my deceased LS1 383.
I have an LS3 long block with a stock LS3 intake and fuel rails on order. If possible, I would like to use my injectors in the new motor. As I understand it, they are taller and larger diameter than the LS3 injectors. Is it possible to use my injectors with some sort of spacer kit for the fuel rail? I think I've read about different size "O" rings as well...? I've also read where guys have to clearance the SVO's on FAST LSX intakes but, can't find anything about having to do that on a factory LS3 intake.
I'm wondering if this kit from Katech is all I need?

If it's more trouble than it's worth, I'll buy new injectors and the connector adapters...just tryin' to save a few bucks.
Any help (spell it out thoroughly for us kids on the "short bus") would be really appreciated. Thank you.
