Ok so in one of my import mags I was reading about new product releases and supposedly royal purple has a new product called Max-Boost.
I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to try this?
It says that it will raise octane up to 30 points or 3 octane points.
I know royal purple has a great product line and I am wondering how this would stack up against torco?
According to Torco's Accelerator can that I have in front of me... You can get a max gain of +14 octane from it. 5 gallons of gas and 32 ozs of Accelerator will get around +14.

I had a 2008 Corvette, I used some octane booster that had MMT in it before I had long tube headers installed. When I got headers installed and the tune, they changed my spark plugs as well. The plugs were really messed up. They were caked w/red varnish that looked like rust. MMT is pretty bad stuff for plugs. I really like Royal Purple products but if you expect your plugs to last, I would stay away from any booster that has MMT in it.
Im looking into having a Sunoco dealer ship me GT260 in barrels to avoid any possible play on words. Im going to look into higher UNleaded octane options too.
How much Torco would it take to raise 18 gal of 93 to 100? Is it cheaper than $10 a gallon for the 260?
ZAK just fill up on 100 with me and Ill tune both of us for it!
