Exhaust is Installed! Check Engine Light?
Finally I finished putting on my Kooks LT headers, xpipe, and bb exhaust. When I started the car I noticed white smoke coming from the tips and faint smoke from the engine. Figured It was just breaking in the new pipes, I think it's since stopped but there is a very weird smell. Almost like something is burning? I've shielded all the wires... My key fob stopped working and I had to reset it, but that probably has to do with unhooking the car battery. On the way home a check engine light came on, I also notice that when stopped at a light the RPM's fluctuate a bit. They'll go from 500, to 900, then to 500, then to 800 every once in a while. Maybe I didnt put a spark plug wire all the way back in? Any ideas? I'm going to give Florida Speed and Power a call tomorrow about a dyno tune.

With the headers you have increased the engine's breathing and the computer needs to relearn the new flow. It will be taken care of when you dyno tune the car (or if you drive it enough it will settle down somewhat by itself). Bottom line, once you tune it it will be fine; and the tuner will turn off the rear O2 sensors at the same time to cure the check engine light.
