HUD Projector Replacement - Which will Fit?
I've seen several vendors on Ebay selling projectors for C6s and show two part numbers and/or list conflicting information on various model year compatibility. Can somebody set the record straight? I'm thoroughly confused. 
I have a 2005 Z51 C6 MN6.

Model years claiming to be compatible with each other: 2005-2012, 2005-2010, 2009-2012, and 2006-2008.

I replaced mine last Oct. and it had a different number than was on the old one that came in my 07. I asked parts if there was any difference. The answer was the part number!
I did inspect the displays side-by, it looked the same and so far it is working the same.

I was wondering if that might be the case as the vendors seem to overlap the model years. I really appreciate the help. Thanks a bunch.

I believe in the Beer Fairy
doesn't really matter any HUD projector from 05 up will work but you always want to go with the newest available.
