Can anyone give me recommendations for wheel and tire combo for traction from a stop for my 2010 gs with 7psi procharger tuned to 550 rwhp? Thanks in advance
Stock wheels are fine, if you want to upgrade (change the look or whatever, I bought the GS sized 427 Centennial Edition satin black w/ red stripe rims for mine) go for it but unless you're on the track a lot you don't really need the meatier tire (and thus don't need a smaller rim).
Tires for street use, recommend the Michelin Pilot Super Sports.. For track use, give the Michelin Sport Cups a whirl. Bear in mind though- neither of these two options is cheap.

Mich wont hold your power.i have same power.without a burnout i dont know of any tire that will hold all of 1st gear....nitto nt05r 345/30/19 i have and they hold most of 1st gear and look mean. And they are 380 each not 500..mt et streets are good also..you need 0 treadwear to get best grip...make sure u stay wit in 1.11 inch diameter front and rear...
Wow a lot of trouble and money for u here ...My tires are for drag track .autocross and the street...I don't need to change them for either at my level ..rears are nitto nt05r 345/30/19 and fronts are 285/35/18 nt05 not r...I should have gotten 295/35/18...that size is alittle taller and would have looked better and size would have worked better .. But all I did was inflate front tires to 35lbs and rears to 32 to help in diameter difference. no I don't have anything to do with meineke
