Default SLP reviews please

Hi guys, just swapped over to the Dark Side yesterday . I was a Long time GTO fan finally sold my third one out of the bunch and decided it was time to test the waters with a c6. its a 06 C6 1LT nothing crazy but it only has 32k in miles on it so its in mint shape. ive modded all of them GTO's staying in the 460-520 HP range . First question is EXHAUST, i see everyone saying just do muffler delete but i did it once on my goat and it sounded like a cheap hill billy driving his lifted bronco around town with his exhaust hanging off. I ended up going with 5" tipped Borla and never looked back.

So i guess what i am looking for are some reviews on the system SLP loudmouth 2 ive searched and read and listened to a million videos and it seems to be the one i like the most . Please let me know if some of you guys have played with them or used them prior and can compare them . im looking for a mid to deep idle with nice smooth deep Rev and NO RASP!! Thanks a lot guys for your time.

I have the SLP loud mouth and it is loud, but I have also a cam installed.

I will tell you it has a DRONE!!! You have to be in the state of mind to drive it. I tell everyone that it is a hot rod.

My neighbors hate me when I take it to work at 7 bells.

I do like the sounds and everyone says that it sounds awesome, but they are not cruising at 75 down the hwy.

You have the loud mouth 1's or 2's?? The 2's seem a bit more " tame"

LMII is much more tolerable. Less rasp and pop for sure. When you go to buy, check out our pricing at the link below. We are an SLP Master Dealer and have free shipping on the exhausts.

I have loudmouth 1 and it's really loud but I love it! and if you got tired of it you can always buy the loudmouth2 mufflers and swap it and it only cost 100 bucks if not mistaken

I put SLP Powerflo on my 2012 GS and have been very pleased with the results. Nice sound all across the range, but not too loud and NO DRONE on the highway except for going up a hill in 6th gear at <2k rpms (so just downshift to 5th!). If you are looking for a "mature" exhaust from SLP I suggest this one.

Ended up saying **** on it , Bought a slightly used set of Pfadt LT's with catless mids and a Borla ATAK system. Couldn't be more pleased!!! Screams like a monster under hard rev and NO DRONE on highway. LOVE IT

I have the Borla Stingers on my '10 GS and I too am very pleased. I had Corsa before on my '06 vette with kooks headers and the WOT was awesome...............that's all though! driving around was obnoxious.
