This went the other day coming home from work. I was in 6th gear with the engine revving under 2 grand. These rockers were never abused so think twice before you buy these. Comp cam 224/230, .581/.592 lift 114 LSA Going back to stock with a trunion upgrade.
I went to LS7 heads and intake. I have Yella Terra LS3 rockers I'm selling if you might be interested. The rockers only have about 4,000 miles on them.
When where these purchased? They look to be an older set (possibly) and may not have been replaced with the newer designed rockers.
I had originally purchased these and found they had problems breaking. I had returned those and for another $100 they sent me their improved version which was in 2009. They sat in the garage until 2011 when I finally installed them. I was unaware there was yet another version.

You have the old style rocker arm, they have an updated and stronger design for the higher spring pressures. Anyways this happened to a friend of mine with identical rockers. He contacted Scorpion directly and describing he failure (identical to yours) and they sent him an updated set!
Also can't go wrong with Trunnion Upgrade LS Rockers!
