Electric Cutout Exhaust Mod
I want to make my exhaust sound different but only obnoxious at times. Would this work... If I took off my mufflers kept tips and everything put them back after taking off my exhaust but install electric cut outs ( http://www.mtiracing.com/dmh-perform...outs-dual.html ) so it's only obnoxious when I want it to be. I have a bone stock corvette 2005 C6

Don't waste your money on an aftermarket muffler/exhaust swap. Cutouts are wonderful for what they do and they make power. You can do a muffler delete and achieve the results your wanting for lees then $100.00.
Quiet under light acceleration but howls during a heavy load. However; you will have cabin drone.
