Is it normal to have more exhaust coming out of the right side than the left side of exhaust pipes? My C6 has always been this way. It seems to effect nothing.
I have Bullets, and more carbon builds up in the center two. The outside two have, maybe, 1/2 the carbon.

Same with mine. But they are all equal, as you would expect, as Bullets have nothing to clog up with as there are no mufflers of any type. Having more on one side would indicate something blocking flow.

Are you saying more exhaust as in pressure at the pipe or more exhaust as in one side discolors before the other?
It is not unusual on a Harley Davidson touring bike at all. Even though they have "duals" most of the exhaust comes out the right due to the design of the crossover pipe.
On a Corvette, you have four tailpipes. If you have the NPP option (or you have a Z06 or ZR1), your outer tailpipes are used for 100% of the exhaust - until you exceed 4000 rpm at WOT (I might have the parameters slightly off) then the inner pipes will open via a vacuum operated butterfly. The butterflies close when you let off the gas and you're back to the outer tips. You will note substantially increased sound when this happens. If you like this increased sound you can buy devices to give you this control at will.
If you are referring instead that your right muffler has more exhaust output than your left muffler, that is indeed unusual and would be indicative of a problem (clogged catalytic converter, internally broken muffler, are two examples). Often when there is such a problem you will hear a "jet like" sound from the clogged side.
But before I jumped to too many conclusions, how are you measuring it? With your hand? That's probably not accurate enough to get a good measurement I'd say - but if you had a small weather vane you could put it in the flow and read the rpm, I guess.

One side gets blacker than the other. The right side has always more carbon build up.
It did this with the stock mufflers as well. I just recently in the last two weeks put on ARH's and have had the Cherry Bomb System for a while. Same thing. More black on the right than the left.

My guess is too much fuel (injectors) or bad spark (ignition). Either way, it is time for a reputable shop to take a look.
Just sayin...
With an X-pipe like our cars have, you're never going to know which side of the engine is causing it just by looking at tip carbon build-up. But unless excessive, it's normal. Remember when you first start the engine when cold it has to run extra rich, and that contributes for most of the soot.

And at WOT a factory tune has around 11.1 AFR so that's really depositing a lot of soot. After track events even with my cutouts my pipes are BLACK.
