I replaced by brake lines with braded lines. I blade the brakes starting at the passenger rear, drivers rear, front passenger and then the front drivers. I'm not getting any air when bleeding. You can pump the brakes and have a good pedal, but while the car is running and you hit the brakes they go to the floor. I have replaced the master cylinder with the same results. Can anyone tell me what I need to do next. Thanks
Did you pump the pedal a few times with the engine running and making sure the MC is full? When I replaced my pads I didn't have the system open but my pedal did go to the floor on the first push. After 3 or 4 pumps it was fine.
Yes, the master cylinder is full, I've pumped them several times after filling the MC. It's just when you apply the brakes with out pumping they go to the floor.

How much brake fluid did you lose when you replaced the lines? Did the MC Reservoir run dry? If so you might have air inside the ABS module which requires bleeding the brakes using the automated brake bleed procedure provided by the Tech 2 diagnostic tool.
Another thing that could be causing the issue is if there is something causing the piston travel to be impeded. For instance last year I installed some titanium heat shields in my rear C6Z brakes. Immediately I started having brake system issues. Took it to the dealer for the automated bleed and that didn't fix it. Then they replaced the master under the GMPP plan which didn't fix the problem either. I drove the car home and decided to go through the rear brakes again. When I pulled the shields out I had a normal brake pedal. They were catching in the caliper and acting like a spring thus pushing the pistons in when I took my foot off the brakes.
I lost all the brake fluid in this exchange. The master cylinder went completely dry.
