Can the Nav be reprogrammed for another country?

Can the Nav be reprogrammed for another country?

Just got back from the US after buying my C6.
Its on the water now heading to New Zealand.
Can any one tell me if i can get the nav maps reprogrammed?

I'm guessing you need to get the DVD for your country - see your local GM dealer.
Does NZ need RH drive conversion like Australia?

GM dealers in NZ don't do any Chevy, Ponty, Buick, Olds, Caddy, Hummer stuff.
Holdens from Aussie and rebadged *** things are all we are allowed.
So complete waste of time talking to them.
NZ rules have relaxed a bit over the years, so most late model US imports can be left in original LHD form

I think there was a discussion like this before.. I think the guy (NZ) got a NZ Denso Nav DVD from another auto maker and used it in his C6. Said there were a few bugs, but it worked.

We visited NZ a few years ago.. Great/Beautiful country and wonderful/friendly people!

Rumour has it that the 2007-2009 Saab 9-5 NAV DVD will work in a C6 Corvette.

Hi. Contact NCRS New Zealand. They can help with a special disc that will work perfectly in New Zealand with all functions operational. We drove our 2011 GS in the USA using the GM OE discs and got used to the system. When we brought the car to New Zealand we installed the disc obtained locally and it works perfectly!
