Default dead miss no codes

Hey Guys,

I started my twin turbo LS2408 build in February and am almost done after a circus of shenanigans. Anyway, I FINALLY got to start the car up last night and I have a dead mis on the passenger side. Obviously the car runs rough and will eventually die and have hard starts afterwards from it loading up with fuel.
I checked:
1) Spark- Nice clean and bright spark on all cylinders
2) Fuel signal- although I haven't pulled the injectors to check if the were spraying. I did check the signals on all cylinders with a test kit and the signals checked out. (Keep in mind these are brand new ID1000's so I don't expect one to be bad.
3) Codes- no codes pending or stored.

I will check compression when I get back from traveling next week but does anyone else have any suggestions? The engine ran strong before starting the twin kit so I don't suspect an issue with compression. I changed so many parts in the last few months and haven't started it so i guess the possibilities are endless. Hopefully you guys have some insight on where I can start looking next.

Which cylinder is missing? Is it multiple cylinders? If you cant determine which one, pull injector connectors and see if it gets worse or not.

Do you have a baseline tune for the new set-up?

Are the O2 sensors installed in the correct spots?

Are there any wires melted and shorting?

Have you made any changes to the engine?

Yes I have a baseline tune made and flashed already

On the back two (cylinders 6&8) the header is cold/warm and not hot like the others after running for a couple of minutes. Those cylinders do have fuel and spark.

The O2's are in the factory location. I have factory manifolds with the turbo Kit. The O2's seem to be working and are only a couple of months old (new from GM)

It is a brand new harness. I double checked nothing was pinched and made sure my ground cables we tight and touching bare metal.

Yes, I made a lot of changes to the engine and they are as follows:
New lifters (crane)
New pushrods
Cometic thick headgaskets to lower compression
New TT spec cam from Vengeance
New timing chain
Meiling oil pump
New Engine harness
ID1000's

Sounds like it could be valve adjustment related. Easy to overtighten the valves with the hydraulic lifters. Do a compression check on those two cylinders, I bet some of the valves aren't closing.
