Green Air Filter 05
Has anybody used the Green Air Filter, and are they better then the K&N filter.
Thinking of replacing my two air filter with green filter.
Any recommendation would be appreciated, not interested in installing after market air system.

Spectre makes filters that drop in for the ls2. They are available at most auto parts stores for roughly 20 bucks. Also the quality looks better than the K&Ns I have purchased in the past.
The part number is HPR7597 - youll need 2 for an ls2 airbox
One thing to note is that the older versions of these filters are more on part with kn quality as far as excess rubber on the filter media; I had to go through 3 because one of the first filters I purchased was the older style. Id suggest verifying which one youre getting before checkout.
This is what the older ones looked like - the new ones do not have the black bar with the spectre logo in the middle of the media.
