Default Tail Light Bulbs

One of my tail light bulbs has stopped working (the turn signal only).

Are these bulbs hard to find? They seem to be expensive. Anyone had good luck find them at Wal-Mart or where else?

I see that I can order them online but I will pick one up locally if I can.

What about similar part numbers like 3057LL?

I found a decent price on ebay, less than $4 shipped. That's the best I could find.

You say the turn signal only, it does NOT come on for braking too correct. If it is absolutely only the turn signal, you have another problem. and yes the normal replacement bulb is a very common 3157.

If you happen to be changing more than one bulb at a time, make sure to note that there are right hand tail lights and Left hand ones. I didn't both to think about that once and ended up with a strange looking set of lights as they come on.

I haven't checked it for braking. I will verify when I get home. Rode the bike to work today.

I think he meant the bulb housings, not the bulbs.

Yes, the housings are left and right and are marked as such. The bulbs have two filaments, so you could have parking light working and brake/blinker not, but brake and blinker must be the same if the bulb is the cause. Also, when you replace the taillight housing into the car, be careful not to push the speed nut off and down behind the fascia...it will be hard to find.

It is the bulb. The brake light doesn't work on that assembly, either.
