Can I use a hand held tuner to turn off o2 sensors cel. I installed headers and a varaam intake.

I don't know if there's a handheld with a feature that allows you to do that by itself, but I would see about getting a custom tune for the headers and VR in any event, as you need that to realise the full power potential of the car with the additional airflow those two parts will now give you.
I woukd highly recommend Diablew. I got an Intune from him with the custom tune option and he has worked diligently to tweak my tune to perfection.

Recommend getting a dyno tune. As for using a hand held, they don't tune out or turn off the rear O2 sensors but they will allow you to raise the temperature level in which they read and report. Essentially you would max out the reading at 1200 or what ever the number is and your sensor wont throw a code since it wont reach that point. Check the scan\tune section and they will have a lot more info.

X2 on DiabLew. I had too lean codes just from a new air intake. Bought a used Predator Handheld to data log and install tunes, and Lew did all the work for me. Very happy.
