Default Losing fuel pressure

For the last few years I've had a hard start problem I blamed on batteries. Last year I found my fuel relay was darkened by overheating so I replaced it. Car seemed fine but intermittently now the car can lose total fuel pressure as if the relay kicks out. I've switched relays around and nothing but after sitting a few minutes you can hear the relay kick back in and presurre's back up. I've checked the fuse terminal block and definitely have a burned post for the AC compressor but the fuel pump terminals look fine. Searching for any suggestions.

That sounds like a quagmire. Can you remind us what you have? FI with BAP? Or stock or something in between? TIA Good luck on a solution.

I do have a ProCharger with KB BAP set at full on. Been flawless for many years...until lately things have accelerated.

Beyond my knowledge for sure. Have you talked to the guys in the FI Forum? If not might be another info source for discussion.

Sounds like the BAP is taxing the factory wiring. I have a Racetronix Harness with mine. Might be worth looking at.

It's more than possible but this is the first time in almost 10 years it's happened almost to a predictability point.
