Got my base dyno results in from Lingenfelter. Looks about a 12% loss from the drivetrain in total power which isn't too bad at all. When all the work is done it should be pushing around 700 at the engine and hopefully just over 600 at the wheel.
My baseline results were very similar to yours, also an M6, 12 vert. I think the HP was 399 and the TQ around 393 I think. It was in very nice conditions, around 65 degrees that day.
What system are they using? is it the edelbrock TVS-2300 core unit or are you going with a magnusson one instead?

Reason: .
Also a question, just out of curiosity, you being in Austin area, you're just a couple hours maybe from Sealy, TX down south where hennessey is. Not sure if you did consider them since they offer a similar package to this one and that's the one I'm upgrading to in a few months from now. Again, not trying to start anything here just curious if you did consider them, or are you closer to LPE distance wise? Either way, you will enjoy the power level and aggresiveness of the car afterwards, definitely need to upgrade your rear tires.
Edelbrock system, and I did consider Hennessey but Lingenfelter has been a name I've known since I was a kid and I've wanted an LPE Corvette just as long.. So it was a non-issue. I drove it up to Indiana from Austin A nice two day cruise!
That was on the Dynojet, they also have a Mustang in shop but it was probably in use (they had a lot of projects lined up while I was there).
As far as tires go, you're too right I'm going to shred down the stocks for fun and replace them with Michelin PSS's as soon as they're gone.

As far as system, I believe that was on a Mustang Dyno.. Though I can double check because I know they have another type in their shop too.

At around 540RWHP and not enough down force to make the tires stick, your going to be shredding any tires you put on the car when you put your foot into it.
So don't be in a rush to burn up the old tires, but use them to get used to the HP and learn that amount of power that you can put down without the rear tires spinning for any given speed with them instead.

Not bad advice, but also under control My first order of business is to get it back home safely, at which point I'm attending advanced driving and racing courses in Austin (which is where the tires are going to be shredded ).
I'm also not unfamiliar with the horses, so I'm not completely out of my element. Now if it were in the 1000 range- then yes, I'd be a little apprehensive haha.
Looks like a dynojet graph and says dynojet on it so pretty safe to assume it was a dynojet.
Yea! They have a Dynojet and a Mustang.. for some reason I totally spaced on that (and didn't look at the graph beyond the numbers) - so thanks for pointing out the obvious, which I so keenly overlooked haha
