I say 477. I just found this thread. Your build is very similar to mine, your cam is a bit bigger. My heads/cam should be getting tuned mid next week so it will be interesting to see what you get. Good luck!

hard to beat the sound of a cammed v8! Glad the cop was cool.
Final rwhp was 486.2!!!!! Dennis your right on the money bud. Thanks guys for everyone's help. Big thanks to Maryland speed, and Hinson!!!! It's been a long time coming but man am I ever happy. Thanks to all the forum members who chipped in with advice and help. All the best guys take care!!!!!
Big numbers for a mild head and cam package. We picked up 153 rwhp from that setup. The tuner done a great job with street ability issues as well. We got it idling at 750 rpm. And I have only light surging from time to time under 1200 rpm. The surging is not all the time either. From 3800 to 6800 this thing is mad at the world!!!!

Hey Dennis I'm doing the wide body conversion on the vette in the next couple months. I'm putting the nitto invo's on the back for street tires. What do you recommend for drag radials. The nitto's are 345-30-zr19.
I would go with mtdrs on the street, I run 305 35 18 for street, my best time on a very bad day traction was the worst, had to leave at 2000 rpm and pedal the first 3 cars out before full throttle NA 10.163@131.08 60 ft. 1.354 haven't been back but I'm positive a 9s pass NA is in it with traction and a lighter driver, I was 293lbs in the morning unclothed so race weight had to be 310 if I dont sell it, this fall hopefully 9s will happen

Is that with your 486 rwhp vette??? How are you getting those times that's awesome. My shop figures I'm a 11 second car but I'm guessing with some sticky tires 10s are possible hey.

the 492 was with 1 7/8 headers so i took them off the pass was made with the 1/3/4 so hp was 487.7
