Default RPMS Hang

All, I just finished up with a cam install. While at it, I did timing chains, under drive pulley, upgraded springs with moly pushrods, and morel lifters.

It was more work than I anticipated, and it seems I still have things to work on.

While it seems to run fine, the RPMS do not fall, and in some cases even rise with no throttle input. I have been looking for a vacuum leaks but haven't found one.

I also have installed a haltech cold air intake , and LG long tube headers. The tune was by mail order. If you would, check out the video and offer any help you can. Thanks
